Hey Guys!
So I woke up this morning STARVING!!! My stomach was grumbling at 6:30 and I was immediately ready for breakfast. Normally I can wait a little while for breakfast, so this was the first change I noticed. I also had to pee really bad haha! Other than those two things, I haven't noticed anything else.
Here's what I had to eat today.
Breakfast:
Turkey cooked dry on the pan until a little brown
Handful of strawberries
1 Grapefruit
16 oz water
1 cup of green tea
Snack:
1 apple and 2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
8 oz water
Lunch:
Khloe Kardashian's Fruit Fanatic Salad from the "Strong Looks Better Naked" book
16 oz water
Snack:
1/2 yellow bell pepper
2 tbsp Hummus
Handful of baby carrots
8oz water
Dinner:
1 Chicken Breast (olive oil, salt & pepper)
Roasted Veggies (Eggplant & zucchini)
16 oz water
That's everything today. While I'm typing this my tummy is growling lol. But I'm feeling just fine and dandy. So far it hasn't been hard at all.
