Home Decor Haul!

Hi My Loves!!!

I went to Ross the other day to pick up some things for a project I'm doing.... of course the things I went for, they didn't have but they did have everything else that I was not planning on getting that was so cute, just calling my name :) Haha... typical! That's always the way at Ross. It seems like whenever you go in there ready to shop, there's nothing and when you are going in there not planning on getting a lot, you find everything you love! 

Anyway, I thought I would share the goodies I picked up that I was so excited about finding :) Not only were they super fab and just what I have been wanting (not that specific trip but for a while now).... they were such great prices, that I just couldn't pass them up.

The first fabulous find is this big Buddha painting. I have been wanting to find a good size piece for our living room wall for above the couch, as I had a small mirror which just looked a bit silly on such a big wall. This is the exact size I was wanting and I have been looking for a Buddha painting/artwork for a while now, so when I saw this one... masculine but feminine and the perfect colors to go with our other decor, I was so excited. I love the Lotus flower and touches of gold too.

The other two delightful little pictures are these beautiful pink flowers. As soon as I saw them, I was in love with the beautiful colors. I have been wanting to find some pretty flower pictures for above our bed for so long now, but I could never find the perfect ones that had the right color or the right flower. These are perfect. I was so excited when I found two of them, so they would fill up the wall nicely and they wouldn't be lonely ;) I just think they are so pretty. It's lovely waking up to pretty pink flowers!

Incase you are wondering... the big pillows in the back are from Target (the Shabby Chic collection), the long fluffy one is from Sam's Club (so comfy) and the little floral one is from Etsy (love Etsy)... I can't remember the specific seller I got it from but Etsy has some amazing Shabby Chic Pillows! Our bedding is from Walmart :) 

So if you are looking for some new artwork to spice up your current decor or maybe a whole new room makeover, definitely check out your local Ross... maybe it was a new shipment for Memorial Day Weekend because they normally don't have that big of a selection, with so many cute ones to choose from. Either way, you might get lucky like I did and find the very thing you have been looking for all along :) For a great price! EVEN BETTER!!! 

 I'm so excited about my new home goodies. Nothing like walking into a room with beautiful artwork, that just makes you smile when you see it ;)

This weather has been so crazy... one day it's super nice and warm, the next it's cold and rainy, then by the afternoon it's warm again... I can't keep up!! I must say though, I do love me some rain so I'm totally happy about that part ;)

Hello Kitty Phone Case & GIVEAWAY!!!

Hi My Loves!!!

You guys know I love me some good ol' Hello Kitty... I HAD to share my new Iphone case with you guys because it is seriously my new OBSESSION :) I know there are a lot of you who share the same love for Hello Kitty too, so this was just way too cute not to share :)

TA DAH!!! (Is that how you spell it?)

Here is my amazingly cute and fabulous Hello Kitty Iphone Case!!!! It fits the Iphone 4/4S...... It has a hole for the camera (even though my camera doesn't work)

Here it is, in my hand so you can see the size. I hate holding my phone normally because I feel like it's quite awkward but with this, the material of it is grippy and so it makes it much easier to hold :)

It fits completely float with the phone, so there's no wonky edges. (BEWARE if you wear makeup though as it will rub off on the white, but it comes off easily)

Again, holding it to show size ;) (note the delightful little crack above my camera, hence why my camera no longer works and I no longer use Instagram.... wa wa wahhhhhh)

A space for the charger to plug into......

 ........and of course a spot for the headphones to go into. It also has a little button on top for the power button. 

I must say this is the snazziest my phone has ever looked. I've never had a case on it and now I feel like it would look super naked without it's little friend :)

Nailspiration: Polka Dots & Hearts!

Hi My Loves!!!

I'm still doing the no polish thing on my fingernails, as they were getting a bit crap and I felt like they need to have a breather ;) So when Baby Sistor asked me to paint her nails last week, I said YES!!! We got a little artsy fartsy with them and I thought I would share them with all of you, incase you are in need of some nailspiration :)

Polka dots & a Heart :)

Here's what I used.... you can find the white at The Dollar Tree... they are awesome for doing little designs, although for the polka dots I used the tip of a bobby pin for a more precise dot ;)

The NYX polish is #204 Vintage Red, it actually goes on so nicely and dries super shiny. I was super impressed with it ;)

Just a quick post but hope it inspires your nails for this week :) Sometimes you just a need a little art on your nails!
