Beauty Chocolates | Do They Really Get Rid of Wrinkles?

My thirties have been about learning. Learning about what's important to me, learning to take better care of myself both mentally and physically. Taking the time for self-care. Investing in products that make me look better on the outside and in turn, make me feel better on the inside. Self-care for me, starts with skincare. I could have cared less about skincare in my twenties. It wasn't a priority to me. I didn't want to spend the money or time it took to really pamper my skin and take care of it. Now that I'm 33, and all of the damage I did to my skin in my teens and twenties has shown itself, it's been my priority to take care of it the very best I can. Skincare for me has been a journey, because sometimes it can take a while to figure out what reacts well to my skin. I've struggled with cystic acne since I was 13 and I'm sure if you have the same struggle you know how hard it is to find products that actually work. So I've been on a mission, testing out different types of products and ingredients to fight the aging process. I'm going to share one of the most exciting and unique ones I've found so far with you, today and I think you're going to really like it!

When I recently discovered the Ceramiracle Ageless Delight Beauty Chocolate I was so excited to try it. If you know me, you know I am a major sweet tooth. I am a chocoholic. What's special about the Ceramiracle beauty chocolate is that they not only taste delicious if you're in need of a little sweet treat but they actually help to smooth fine lines and wrinkles in 3 weeks. They are also free of preservatives and all major allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans. I've included some information directly from the website for you as well so you have a better idea of what's in them.

Each square of our sugar-free organic South American dark chocolate contains a blend of fucoidan-polyphenols and phytoceramides that help to renew your skin from within. Working to improve the skin’s hydration*, this unique chocolate supplement helps to iron out the wrinkles and fine lines*, while delivering a potent dose of antioxidants.
            - Cruelty-free
            - Vegan-friendly
            - 100% Sugar-Free (with xylitol)
            - 70% organic Dark Chocolate
            - Rich in Natural Botanical Antioxidants
            - Helps to Reduce the Appearance of Wrinkles and Fine Lines*
            - Improves Moisture Retention*
            - Helps to Renew Skin's Elasticity*

*Based on a placebo-controlled, double-blind ingredient study conducted with 33 volunteers over a 6 week period.

I love enjoying these beauty chocolates with a cup of tea in the morning. It's my morning routine and it starts my day off great every day because I get to start it off with delicious chocolate and I know it's helping my skin too!

The chocolates come as a pack of 20 individually wrapped chocolates in a tiffany blue tub and retail for $45.

If you use SELFCARE at checkout you can get a free mask with every beauty chocolate purchase. Just be sure to add the mask to the cart for the code to work. CLICK HERE to get yours!

I have the mask that you will get for free and I've been trying it out. It's the Ceramiracle First Light The Reboot Mask.  It retails for $59 for 3.5oz. I leave it on for 15 minutes and then remove it with a warm washcloth. When you apply it, it has little beads mixed into the clay that you can see when you spread it out on the skin. It is quite a thick formula, is very easy to remove and feels nice on the skin. It doesn't burn or tingle in any way and left my skin feeling extra clean, super glowy and smooth.

Here's some information from the website about the mask.

Our nutrient-rich clay mask has achieved the perfect combination of a multi-step celebrity skincare ritual with a Korean sheet mask twist. We’ve packed in 25% BFE (BioFerment Essence); an active ferment complex made with soothing Korean rice water, anti-aging ginseng and skin balancing mugwort to help gently lift away dead skin cells. Skin plumping ceramides help to fight fine lines and wrinkles while superstar lactic acid aids in overall skin brightening. Rare black volcanic sand works to naturally exfoliate while helping to rid your skin of acne causing bacteria. Ceramiracle’s unique 2-in-1 rejuvenating facial mask softens, smoothes and conditions in one single step. The Reboot Mask formula is vegan and cruelty-free.

Ceramiracle is a proud PETA-Certified brand. The Reboot Mask is formulated in California and made in Korea.

I like to apply it with a brush after removing my makeup and cleansing my skin.

I featured these beauty chocolates a while back in my favorites video and I'm now on my second tub. I can see a difference in my skin. I think it's looking more youthful and more radiant and even though it's been 4 months since I had my botox and usually at this time I am itching to get a touch up because my wrinkles on my forehead are in full force, this time around I actually didn't mind pushing my appointment back a few weeks because they're not as noticeable or deep as usual. I don't know if it's a combination of the products I've been applying to my face with the chocolates, or the chocolates alone, but I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin. I will keep taking them as well as the skincare products I'm currently using in my routine and keep you updated.

    Watch the video here:

Thanks so much for reading and I hope you've found this helpful. Let me know if you've tried out these beauty chocolates or the mask and if you liked them. Did you see a difference in your fine line and wrinkles? I'd love to know!

H&M GIRLS SPRING EDIT | Fashion for the Little Fashionista

I've been doing some online window shopping to see what's new for Spring and I came across the cutest pieces for girls from H&M. I was really impressed with the prices of their swimwear because as you probably know, swimsuits can get a little pricey even though it's a tiny amount of fabric. It always blows my mind! I feel like a lot of the time I end up spending more money on the kids clothes per item than I do on my own!

The weather here in North Carolina has been so much nicer than what we were used to in Tahoe. I mean snow is beautiful and all, but man was it cold. I'll take some rain over snow any day. Now if the sun could just come out, I'd be a happy camper. Either way, the temps have been very pleasant and I can feel Spring weather right around the corner. So of course I'm already shopping for dresses, swimwear... all the summer pieces.

I did a huge clear out of the kids closets yesterday. It was a rainy day and I had so much laundry to catch up on. So while I was waiting for my loads to wash, I went through everything they own. I had them try on a ton of stuff and put the items that didn't fit or they didn't like into piles for donation and then piles that I can sell on my Poshmark. I need to order some ink for our printer and then I'll start getting those items listed. Lily is quite possibly the pickiest person I've ever met when it comes to clothes, so usually what happens is that I pick out super adorable outfits, she hates them and then I have clothes that she's never worn and never will wear sitting in her closet taking up precious space. So I figured the pieces that are still in really good/new condition I will just sell and hopefully get back a little bit of money back to put towards her Spring/Summer closet. Be sure to follow me on INSTAGRAM so that when I do list them, I can let everyone know in my stories.

So here's my picks from H&M for your little fashionistas. I've broken it down into categories for you and I hope you like the pieces I've chosen. Everything has a LINK next to the price so you can easily shop the pieces you're interested in.

    ACCESSORIES

    H&M $6.99 LINK

This is the sweetest little bonnet/hat.

Ok there's my list of items from H&M. I hope you like my choices. Half of these Lily would never actually wear which is a total bummer for me but maybe if your little girls aren't picky, you can pick them up. If only I could put her in whatever I wanted! That would be the life. I don't know how these IG accounts with their kids all matchy and perfect outfits do it. Bribery? Or maybe the kids just don't mind about seams, material, itchy things, straps and ruffles. I can put Phoenix in most things. He fights me on the jeans but other than that I can pick what I want. Lily on the other hand.. most mornings are a battle. I have to work myself up in the mornings to get her ready. I pick out her outfit in the evening and hang it on her door only to see that she has not put that on and she's ripped down 4 or 5 different things from the closet and they're all over the floor and her outfit is very bright and usually mismatched. You gotta love her for having her own opinion and style though right?? Maybe she will grow up to be a fashion designer.

I hope you've all had a wonderful weekend. I was up late last night and early this morning puking, so chances are yours is better than mine lol. I'm feeling much better now though. Have a wonderful week and I'll see you soon!

Here's my latest video incase you missed it, and stay tuned because I have an AWESOME Walmart Beach Essentials TRY ON coming next week! I'm super excited to share it with you guys.
