NEW BH Cosmetics Malibu California Makeup Palette!

BH Cosmetics has recently come out with a few new makeup palettes and I got the Malibu palette. These are so fun for the spring/summer and the size of them is great!! They are small enough to throw in your purse and it includes 16 eyeshadows, 2 blushes, a bronzer and a highlight..... all for only $10!! This is a perfect palette for those of you going on vacations or trips this summer because of it's convenient size and variety of colors for possible makeup looks.

I will be doing a bridal makeup look with this soon, as I feel like it's perfect for a bride on a budget.

Makes me want to be back in Hawaii eating an Acai bowl and getting some rays :)

What I love about this palette is the fact that there are some great different colors. It has some beautiful nuetral shades but it also has some fun vibrant colors for summer too. 

This side reminds me of a mermaid ;)

These blushes are fgoing to be my new favorites, I can just feel it. The highlight is a nice champagne with a tint of glod. The bronzer is super pale so I might use that as more of a highlight??? 

We shall see :)

Overall this is a great palette with lots of great colors for only $10! The pigmentation is good. I wouldn't say it's the most pigmented eyeshadow out there but definitely worth the small price tag. Definitely pigmented enough to make a beautiful look. I will be sharing some looks with you soon :)

Friday Favorites & Fudgeroos & OOTD 12/16/11

Hi my loves!!

So towards the end of this week I've been trying to do a no make up challenge.... basically not wearing ANY make up just to see how it helps my skin or if it even makes a difference.... I didn't wear any on Tuesday, I did wear some on Wednesday but none yesterday and hoping to not wear any all weekend too. I usually wear make up (including full foundation etc) everyday of my life, so I really wanted to just see what happens when I let my skin breathe. So we will see :) SO far I have noticed a difference, no new zits and it seems a lot clearer ;)

Jay my hubby is helping me out with todays favorites & fudgeroos :) We thought it would be fun to have him show the products and me be his voice, seeing as I'm not wearing make up :) What a sport he is ;) It was actually his idea! I think secretly he wants his own beauty channel too :) HAHA!!!

Sometimes it's just fun to do silly things that are different. 

So if you can and are up for it, do the no make up challenge with me!! Whether it's a full week or just a few days, it's kinda nice to let your skin breathe for a few days and it sure does give you more time for other things around the house :) I've gotten so much laundry done!!
