Lily's Nursery Tour!

Hi My Loves!!!

Today I am finally doing a blog post on Lily's Nursery Tour. It's actually been a long time since we got it all painted, trimmed and decorated and I thought I had done a tour and then realized I never did.... oh to have a brain again!! Haha! Maybe when the kids are older :)

PAINT COLOR:

Behr Strawberry Yogurt and Behr Ultra Pure White in Satin. We also painted the trim the same white as the stripes but in semi-gloss.

Garage sale find painted with Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch Gloss Candy Pink General Purpose Spray Paint and finished with Martha Stewart Glitter Paint. Hot glue gunned some crystal gems from Hobby Lobby and a Hello Kitty Hair Bow.

I hope that's inspired you or maybe you can show a friend who may be pregnant and searching for ideas ;) I had so much fun shopping for Lily's room and getting it all decorated and ready for her. I am so happy how it turned out and it's cuter than I ever imagined. The stripes really make that wall pop and I'm so glad we decided to paint them :)

4 Months Old!

Hi My Loves!

Wow does time fly when you have kids! My beautiful little Lily Bug is already 4 months old! I can't believe it!!! She has gotten so big and so aware, it's amazing. I feel like the last few weeks she has really changed so much, not only in her looks but as far as her motor skills go too. She's grabbing for things.... especially my hair haha! Looks like I better start wearing it up more :) Shes been trying to roll over, she's showing interest in wanting to sit up more as well. She recognizes our faces really well too. It's so cute to see her little face light up when she sees Phoenix :) They are so cute together. She is also laughing now and is really starting to be a lot more vocal or as we like to say "she's singing to us" :) She smiles a lot more now and loves to kick her little legs. She also loves her bear LuLu (pictured below)....

I love every stage as they grow. It just fascinates me how much they change in such a short amount of time. It's so beautiful. I love my babies :)

There's nothing better in life than being able to wake up every morning and knowing you get to see your beautiful little ones faces. I'm so lucky :)
