Hair Inspiration: 1, 2, 3 or 4?

Hi My Loves!!!

So last week I was aksing you all for pictures for my hair. I've been bored of it for so long now and I wanted a change. Of course when it came time to get it done this week, I chickened out and ended up going with blonde highlights like always. They came out really light and now I'm wishing I would have just been brave and done something new. Poo. Has that ever happened to you? What you really want and what you end up doing are so totally opposite and then you wish you would have just done what you wanted in the first place?

I'm going to show you the pictures that have been on my desktop staring me back in my face every time I open up my laptop to do work... Tell me which one you think I should do.

#1. The Blake Lively Redhead Vixen

This was what I had originally been thinking before anyone posted pictures. We have a similar skin tone and eye color so I thought that this would be pretty on me. I love how shiny and gorgeous the color is. I've always wanted to be this color and I just love her hair in these pictures. This is my #1 choice but it's such a huge commitment and so hard to go back to blonde if I don't like it. It's a very sexy color, at least I think so ;) Plus, I could easily to this to myself at home, which would save me money and time!

#2. Natural brown to blonde Ombre

I know I'm a little late on the Ombre trend but hey, it's still in and the reason it's so popular is because it's such low maintenance which is always a plus when you are a mama. I love how beachy and effortless this color is. I've been stalking Guy Tang's instagram like crazy just oogling and aweing over his amazing Ombre creations. That man is an artist!! I wish he could do my hair but he's in L.A and I'm in horse land.

#3. Lowlights

The last one is the safest. It's basically the color I have and then just adding some lowlights so that I have more dimension and it blends more with my natural dark ash blonde hair. Pretty and I've had it before but nothing crazy new or different. 

#4. Pastel Pink

This is the craziest of them all, although I have had pink before and loved it. It made me feel like a magical fairy or something ;) Although now that I have kids I start feeling like I shouldn't have crazy pink hair. Is that silly of me? Should I have a normal hair color because I have kids? I'm getting boring with my hair color in my old age :)

So these are the ones I've been trying to decide on. While I like the blonde that I have, I just feel weird being so blonde and can't quite get used to it. So please let me know in the comments below or on Facebook. 1, 2 3 or 4? What do you like the best for me?

Throwback Thursday: Sibling Love!

Hi My Loves!!

As promised in yesterday's blog post, today is going to be a Throwback Thursday. I just love these posts because I'm a nosy nancy and think it's fun to peek into people's pasts :) So here's a peek into mine, way back when I was a little girl.

My Mom and Dad went away to find a place to live in America when I was little and so my brother, sister and I all stayed with my Nanny and Grandad in England while they found that perfect location. Here's me sleeping peacefully next to my doll in my Nanny's house. My hair was so golden! I see Phoenix so much in this picture! Don't you think?

Don't be jealous of my bangs. They are pretty amazing in this picture haha!! Look at Baby Sistor's laugh!! HAHA!! She was laughing hard, I wish I remember why! She almost looks like a little monster about to eat me haha! Sisterly love from the beginning. We are like peas and carrots.

Here we are in our house in Tahoe. Again with my really delightful bangs. Why are my sister's so nice and mine so bad?? Look how cute my brother is! Isn't it crazy to think he had crooked teeth and as he grew they just naturally went straight? I got jipped in that department!

I love my brother and sister and I'm so very excited because my brother is moving back to Tahoe next week and hopefully is coming to stay with us in the next couple of months!! Woohoo!! I'm so excited to see him!

What's New Wednesday: Pink, Gold & Blingy!

Hi My Loves!!!

I hope you are all having a lovely week so far, we've been busy trying to figure out what to do with our playroom. Designing a playroom is tougher than I thought!! 

I'm going to start a new thing on my blog. From now on I'll be doing "What's New Wednesdays".... basically every Wednesday I'll be showing you something new that I've gotten, almost like a mini haul. It might just be one new thing, a few things... who knows! It might be something knew that's happening in our lives also :) I think it will be kind of fun! Sometimes I get writer's block. Not that I write but I should say blogger's block. I don't know what to blog about, so this way every Wednesday I will know that I'll be blogging about something new ;) I'm also going to be doing Throwback Thursday's every Thursday as well. Those are some of my favorite types of blogs to read. I hope you enjoy these new posts! Let me know!!

Lily Wang is one of my favorites shop's on Shop Lately. They have the most beautiful necklaces. This light pink one really caught my eye. It's perfect for that girly, romantic look ;)

Glint & Gleam is another one of my favorite shops. They have a lot of cute necklaces and bracelets too. This wrap bracelet is perfect for that touch of gold and sparkle.

Opaque Lion Dainty Infinity Knot Ring

I always seem to find myself ordering from these 3 shops. They just have the best, most affordable jewelry. The quality is great and I just love their styles. This knot ring is so lightweight and comfortable to wear. I have it on my pointer finger and it's perfect!

TrendzDirect Clear Crystal Emerald Cut Earrings

I lost my favorite gold dangle earrings and they were such a perfect length. When I saw these, I thought they would be a perfect replacement for my long lost loves haha! Love the big bling :)

Daisy Gem Dainty Pink Earrings

I thought these would be perfect to go with the pink necklace in the first picture. They are simple and delicate :) Perfect for a tiny touch of color when wearing white or cream.

Another new thing this week..... MY HAIR! I chickened out doing what I really wanted to do. I've gotten nervous and boring in my old age when it comes to my hair, so I ended up just getting highlights. NOw I'm kind of wishing I did just bite the bullet and go with my original plan of going darker.... I pulled really light and I can't quite get used to the white blonde after having roots for 5 months. We shall see...
