This is sooooooo easy and delicious and kids love it :) This is all I ate when I was little.. my Mom used to make it for me all the time! It was my favorite and the only recipe I know from my Mommy!
WHAT YOU NEED:
Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
Milk
Butter
Salt & Pepper
Dijon Mustard
Macaroni
1. Boil macaroni until its done :)
2. Drain macaroni
3. Add butter and return to heat on low
4. Add 1/2 of the grated cheese and a splash of milk and stir
5. Add rest of cheese and more milk (add milk depending on how liquidy you want your sauce)
6. Add dijon, salt & pepper... I use a few squirts
MIX!!!!! Let all the cheese melt to create a nice creamy sauce
